Using our custom fitted earplugs, Protec Hearing can produce ready to go on the spot in ear music monitors which can be used for a multitude of uses.
While searching for a way of having speakers sit comfortable in your ears that didn't fall out or be painful to wear for long periods, researchers looked at what law enforcement professional, and the military were using and modified those basic principles to come up with our in-ear music monitors.
A common complaint from customers was that off the shelf ear buds they had used before were uncomfortable and couldn't be heard in loud environments or kept breaking easily. By starting with our custom made Insta-Mold hearing protection we created a flat fitting earplug and then developed various wire options that are fitted with an acoustic tube to carry the sound from the speakers directly into your ears.
The outcome is fantastic sound, superior comfort and a product that last for years.

2 Way Communications
We can custom make a PTT single wire kit to our earplugs that enables you to connect to a wide variety of two way radios or mobile phones. Ideal for Security, Police, Fire Brigade, Rescue, Industry and Hunting etc, where you need hearing protection as well as being able to hear communications clearly. You are able to disconnect the wire with the PTT microphone and leave the RI connector on the radio for the next user or while charging.

We provide group fittings onsite for events, clubs & workplaces.
We can organise to attend your event, club meeting or workplace for group fittings (conditions apply). The molding process takes a matter of minutes and causes a minimum of disruption for your employees, and the earplugs are usually ready to use the same day.
Our onsite service allows us to custom fit hearing protection products including custom fitted Insta-Mold Earplugs, Sporting and Recreational Headsets, In-Ear Monitors and Industrial Protection & Communications headsets and earplugs.
